TwoStaff Ltd
Terms of Service
Last updated 27 October 2026.
These terms are the agreement between you and TwoStaff Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14233896), of 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom ("TwoStaff", "we"). Creating an account, or joining a workspace you were invited to, means you agree to them.
1. What TwoStaff is. TwoStaff is a web app where you work with AI Agents and a Chief of Staff that sets them up and hands them work. Each workspace has its own cloud computer where its agents work: they browse the web, run commands in a sealed space of their own, keep files and notes, and use the apps you connect. Anything that sends or changes something in a connected app waits for your yes.
2. Your account. TwoStaff is invite-only for now. Give us your real name and email address, and keep your password to yourself. Each person is in one workspace. The owner of a workspace decides who else is in it, and handles its billing and keys. The owner is responsible for what happens in the workspace, including by the people they invite. You must be 18 or over. If you use TwoStaff for a business, you confirm you are allowed to agree to these terms for it.
3. Your AI accounts and keys. Your agents think with an AI you connect: your ChatGPT plan, or a key from an AI provider TwoStaff offers, such as OpenAI or Anthropic. You pay those providers yourself, under their own terms, and you set their limits. Keys you add are stored encrypted and are never shown back. You can remove any of them at any time.
4. Your content. What you put into TwoStaff, and what your agents make for you, is yours. You let us store it, process it, back it up and send it to the AI provider and apps you chose, only to run TwoStaff for you. We do not sell it or use it to train AI models.
5. TwoStaff's own work, and what you may not copy. TwoStaff itself belongs to TwoStaff Ltd. That means its software and code; its Chief of Staff and the way it makes, sets up and runs AI Agents; the instructions, prompts, starter files and built-in skills it gives them; its workflows, screens, designs and wording; its guides; and its name, logo, mascot and look. All of it is protected by copyright, database right, trade mark and passing-off law, the law of confidence and other laws. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right, which we can withdraw, to use TwoStaff for your own business while your account is in good standing. You get no other right. Everything not given to you here stays ours.
You must not do any of the following, or help or allow anyone else to:
- copy, reproduce, adapt or translate TwoStaff or any part of it, or make anything derived from it, including its screens, layout, flows, wording, agent set-up, instructions, prompts and built-in skills;
- decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer it, or otherwise try to find out its source code, prompts, models, structure or how it works inside. The only exception is where the law gives you a right to do so that a contract cannot take away, and even then you must first ask us in writing for the information you need;
- get its agents or its Chief of Staff to reveal TwoStaff's own instructions, prompts or skills, or extract, scrape, record or systematically collect any part of TwoStaff, whether by hand, with software or with AI;
- use TwoStaff, or anything you learn from it, to design, build, train, improve or market a product or service that copies it or competes with it, including any AI agent, AI workforce or agent orchestration product;
- use our name, logo, mascot or look, or anything confusingly like them, in a product, company or domain name, a social media account, an advert or anywhere else, without our written permission;
- sell, resell, rent, license, share or white-label TwoStaff, or give anyone outside your workspace access to it;
- remove or hide any notice that says we own something;
- test, probe or get around TwoStaff's security, its limits, or the sealed spaces its agents work in.
What your agents make for you, and what you write into their files, stays yours (section 4). The starter instructions and built-in skills TwoStaff puts in those files stay ours, and you may use them only inside TwoStaff. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely and owe you nothing for them.
Breaking this section is a serious breach of these terms. If you break it, we may suspend or close your account at once, with no refund. You agree that money alone would not make up for the harm, so we may also ask a court to order you to stop. You will also cover our losses and reasonable legal costs that come from it. This section still applies after your account ends.
6. Acceptable use. Do not use TwoStaff to break the law; to harm, harass or deceive people; to send spam; to make or spread malware; to get into systems or accounts you are not allowed into; or to break the terms of websites and apps your agents use. We may stop an agent's work, pause a workspace or close an account that does, and say why when we can.
7. AI can be wrong. Agents can misread a task, make mistakes or be misled by what they read on the web. Check their work before you rely on it, above all before you approve anything they send or change. You are responsible for what you approve.
8. Other services. Apps you connect (through Composio), websites your agents sign in to, and your AI provider are run by others, under their own terms. We are not responsible for them.
9. Plans and payment. A paid workspace is a monthly plan, paid in advance in US dollars through Stripe, which renews each month until it is cancelled, at the price shown when you subscribe. There is no free trial. Instead, your first payment is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of it (see the Cancellation and Refund Policy). TwoStaff never sees your card. We tell you at least 30 days before a price changes. If a payment fails, Stripe tries again for a few days; if it still fails, the workspace is paused until it is paid. Paused, its agents do not work and its computer is off, but nothing in it is deleted. Prices include no taxes unless shown.
10. Cancelling. The owner can cancel at any time in Settings, Billing, Manage billing. What happens next, and refunds, are in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
11. A service that changes. TwoStaff is new and changes often. Features may change or go, and it may sometimes be unavailable. We back up every workspace's computer each day and keep copies for a while, but we do not promise it never loses anything: keep copies of what matters to you.
12. Ending. You can stop using TwoStaff at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms (at once and with no refund for a serious breach, such as breaking section 5 or 6), or with 30 days' notice if we close TwoStaff, and tell you how to get your files.
13. Liability. TwoStaff is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
14. Covering our losses. Someone may make a claim against us because of how you or your workspace used TwoStaff, what your agents did on your instructions or with your approval, your content, or your breaking these terms or the law. If so, you will cover what it costs us, including reasonable legal costs. We will tell you about the claim promptly and let you take part in defending it.
15. Changes to these terms. We tell you by email or in the app before a change that matters takes effect. Using TwoStaff after it does means you accept it.
16. Law and contact. These terms are under the law of England and Wales, and its courts deal with any dispute. Questions: jordan@twostaff.com.
