Privacy Policy

TwoStaff Ltd (company number 14233896, England and Wales; "TwoStaff", "we"), 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, runs TwoStaff and decides how the information below is used.

What we keep, and why

• Your account: your name, email address and password (kept only as a hash), to sign you in and email you about your account.
• Your workspace: what you write to your agents, their replies, files, notes, Docs, Tasks and schedules, and what you write about yourself and your business, to run TwoStaff for you.
• Keys and connections: the AI keys and other keys you add, stored encrypted, and which apps you connected. Used only for your agents' work.
• Usage: which agent replied, when, which AI model and what it cost, so you and we can see what TwoStaff costs. Kept even after an agent is deleted.
• Billing: whether your plan is paid and until when. Your card is held by Stripe, never by us.
• The website's waitlist: your name and email, sent to us by email when you join. Nothing else is kept.

We do not sell your information, show you ads, or use your workspace to train AI models. TwoStaff uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in.

How long it is kept

• Deleting a chat or an agent deletes it, from its computer too. Deleting an agent removes its chats, memory and files.
• Backups: each workspace's computer is backed up daily, and the database daily and weekly. A deleted item can stay in a backup for up to 14 days before the backup itself is gone.
• Your account and workspace are kept while you use TwoStaff. After a workspace is cancelled, what happens to it is in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Your rights. You can read and correct what you wrote about yourself and every file your agents run on, in the app. To get a copy of your information, or to have your account and workspace deleted, email jordan@twostaff.com; we answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also be able to object, limit what we do, or complain to your data protection authority.

Security. Each workspace has its own computer, and each agent works in a sealed space on it, which holds stand-ins for keys rather than the keys themselves. Keys are encrypted, sign-in is protected against guessing, and every page is served over HTTPS.

Children. TwoStaff is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.
