Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancelling. The workspace's owner can cancel at any time: Settings, Billing, Manage billing, which opens Stripe's own page. Nothing more is charged. The workspace keeps working until the end of the month already paid for.

After that. The workspace is paused: its agents stop and its computer is off, but everything in it is kept for 30 days. Subscribing again in that time brings it back as it was. After 30 days the workspace, its computer and its files are deleted, and its backups are gone within 14 days more. Download anything you want to keep before then.

Refunds. There is no free trial. Instead, your first payment is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of it. Payments after that, for a month that has started, are not refunded, in part or in full. A workspace closed for breaking the Terms of Service gets no refund. To ask, email jordan@twostaff.com from the owner's address. A refund goes back to the card that paid, through Stripe, within 5 to 10 days.

A failed payment. Stripe tries the card again for a few days and emails the owner. If it still fails, the workspace is paused as above until it is paid.

What your AI costs. Your AI provider bills you directly for your ChatGPT plan or keys; TwoStaff cannot refund those.
